Your company information/materials will be set out on our resource table during both days of the conference. You provide 300 copies before October 31st; left over materials will not be shipped back. Join us this year as we celebrate 30 years of our organization and our 20th fall conference!
 
***REGISTRATION ANNOUNCEMENT: You will not receive a pre-printed name badge sticker if you register after 11/2/2018, and will be asked to hand-write your name upon signing in at the conference. ***
 
CONFERENCE PROGRAM: View the conference schedules hereCEUs are pending approval from ATRA. ATRA has been reviewed and approved as an authorized provider by the IACET. 

PAYMENT: Online registration is available via credit card or Paypal. To pay by check register online and select the “mail check” option. Make checks payable to NJ/EPA TRA and mail to Melissa Osborne at 5218 Sentinel Ridge, Norristown, PA 19403. SCHOLARSHIPS: At least one professional and one student will be selected to receive free conference registration and hotel accommodations each year. These scholarship recipients receive recognition and free conference registration in return for volunteer efforts at the conference and support on an NJEPA-TRA Committee for 2018-2019. If you are interested in being a scholarship recipient, please complete the online application here.  Contact Jo-Ellen Ross at jrsail@gmail.com with questions or concerns. Deadline to apply is October 15.
  
MEMBERSHIP STATUS: Please, contact Tracy Jastrzab at tracyjastrzab@comcast.net to verify your status as a member of NJ/EPA TRA. If you are not a member, you are encouraged to complete a membership application at www.njepa-tra.com in order to receive the member registration rate.
  
VOLUNTEERS: If you are interested in volunteering, register accordingly and e-mail Kimberly Flannery at kflannery@remed.com before October 15, 2018. Volunteers receive a $10 discount per day.
  
STUDENTS: Students must provide proof of full time enrollment in a Therapeutic Recreation program. Proof of enrollment can include a current transcript of classes or a copy of student ID. Email proof of enrollment to Melissa Osborne. 
  
SPEAKERS/PRESENTERS: All presenters are entitled to attend the day of their scheduled session FREE of charge. If presenters would like to attend the Full Conference, they must pay the one day registration fee accordingly. Only speakers/presenters who have been contacted by Amy Heeter can register at these rates.
  
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Melissa Osborne, registration coordinator (info above). Cancellations marked before October 27, 2018 will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made after November 3, 2018. Refunds will not be provided for no-shows.
  
HOTEL: Need a place to stay? Feel free to join the Board of Directors and Conference Committee at the Crowne Plaza in Princeton at 990 Scudders Mill Road, Plainsboro, NJ 08536. Room rates are $119 per room per night until Saturday, October 7, 2018. All reservations can be made via phone at 800 621 0555 or online at www.crowneplazaprinceton.com. GROUP CODE IS: EPA. 
 
SOCIAL: Our 30th Anniversary Celebration will be on Monday evening following Day 1 of the conference at Flight Martini and Wine Lounge inside the Crowne Plaza in Princeton at 990 Scudders Mill Road, Plainsboro, NJ 08536. Light appetizers will be provided. Please RSVP in your registration check out when you register for the conference. No separate tickets needed.
