SCHOLARSHIPS: At least one professional and one student will be selected to receive free conference registration and hotel accommodations each year. These scholarship recipients receive recognition and free conference registration in return for volunteer efforts at the conference and support on an NJEPA-TRA Committee for 2018-2019. before October 15, 2018. Volunteers receive a $10 discount per day. STUDENTS: Students must provide proof of full time enrollment in a Therapeutic Recreation program. Proof of enrollment can include a current transcript of classes or a copy of student ID. Email proof of enrollment to Melissa Osborne. SPEAKERS/PRESENTERS: All presenters are entitled to attend the day of their scheduled session FREE of charge. If presenters would like to attend the Full Conference, they must pay the one day registration fee accordingly. Only speakers/presenters who have been contacted by Amy Heeter can register at these rates. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Melissa Osborne, registration coordinator (info above). Cancellations marked before October 27, 2018 will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made after November 3, 2018. Refunds will not be provided for no-shows.
